Trex Company in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Morning Shift Utility Technician. You are a skilled maintenance technician with extensive knowledge of chillers, hot oil, air compressors and boiler operations who can make quick, sound decisions to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include ensuring operability of onsite utilities, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records and 5S in the work area.

Qualifications

• Boiler license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Must be able to use a multimeter for diagnostics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Operates autonomously while maintaining accountability.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operability of onsite utilities including chiller, hot oil, air compressors and boiler operations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair onsite utilities.
• Facilities vendor coordination.
• Maintain production tools including bander, strappers, timber taggers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S practices).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling performance and extrusion efficiency.
