Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Utility Tech to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment to support production schedules. This role requires hands-on electrical, mechanical, and welding/plumbing capabilities with a focus on safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include preventative and predictive maintenance, equipment downtime reduction, and adherence to safety protocols. Arkansas boiler license is required; willingness to work overtime and lift 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED required. AA degree preferred or equivalent training.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance.
• Electrical/electronic knowledge and strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
• Able to work with limited supervision and document well.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical maintenance and repairs to facility equipment to reduce downtime.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and interface with boilers, plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Work safely and comply with safety programs (Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout, etc.).
• Willing to work overtime when required and lift 50 lbs+.
