The Alden Network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include planning and directing care plans, supervising staff, and participating in care conferences. The role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a focus on the aged population in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
• CPR certification required or obtained within two weeks of employment.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and day-to-day activities in the unit.
• Ensure all procedures follow policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans for each resident.
• Attend care plan conferences and communicate with families.
