Acadia Healthcare's Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is seeking a Receptionist to join the onsite team in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role (36 hours weekly) features morning shifts from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM, welcoming patients, handling calls, scheduling, and assisting with front-desk duties in a healthcare setting focused on addiction recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous office/administrative experience required; prefer experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experienced in answering telephones, billing, typing or computer word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
• Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls;
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars;
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors;
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations;
• Enter customer data and send correspondence;
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents;
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email; and,
• Perform other duties as assigned.
