HOME CARE SNE LLC is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes, focusing on safety and comfort. Morning availability is required with start times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and experience with seniors or disabilities is valued. This role emphasizes patient care, companionship, and adherence to HIPAA.

The position requires CNA, PCA, or HHA certification and offers a part-time schedule with benefits such as paid time off and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification highly desirable.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus.
• Strong patient observation, monitoring, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide patient care, monitor vital signs, and assist with medications as directed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Observe and report changes to healthcare professionals.
