HOME CARE SNE LLC is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes, focusing on safety and daily living activities. Morning start times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM are preferred, with a strong emphasis on seniors and individuals with disabilities.

The role requires experience in caregiving, excellent interpersonal skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. Responsibilities include ADLs, monitoring, meal prep, light housekeeping, and memory care assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification highly desirable.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus.
• Strong skills in patient observation, monitoring, and documentation.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Familiarity with care plans and medication assistance protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with medications as directed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Observe and report changes in client conditions or behaviors to relevant healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with memory care, including those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.
