Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Breckenridge, MN location. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, directs staff, and maintains brand standards with a focus on safety and efficiency. Starting wage: $20 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of managerial experience in a deli/kitchen, convenience store, or retail setting, plus strong communication and customer service skills. Shifts may vary to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year managerial experience in deli/kitchen, convenience store, restaurant or retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs management duties as assigned or in Store Manager’s absence.
• Directs and prioritizes work of store personnel.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Maintain inventory in coolers, display units and stock fronted products.
• Attend safety and security meetings and complete daily paperwork.
