Job summary

Sunoco LP in Belfield, ND is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm shift. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, with duties including supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and managing inventory and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year managerial experience in deli/kitchen, convenience store, restaurant or retail.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties as assigned or in Store Manager’s absence.
• Direct and prioritize work of store personnel.
• Enforce daily operating procedures for cleanliness, stocking and organization.
• Maintain brand image, inventory and display fronting; ensure proper equipment operation.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry; perform Sales Associate duties if needed.
• Attend monthly safety and security meetings.
