Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Tower City, ND location. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and ensuring a clean, well-stocked store. The starting wage is $24 per hour, with shift previously noted as 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

The position requires flexibility and the ability to respond to incidents and emergencies. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of managerial experience in a deli,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year managerial experience in deli/kitchen, convenience store, restaurant or retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and work with customers.
• Experience handling cash is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Direct and prioritize store personnel tasks.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Maintain brand image and inventory in coolers and displays; ensure high-margin products are ready.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry; cover Sales Associate and Supervisor duties as needed.
