Job summary

Sunoco LP operates a network of convenience stores across North America, including the Breckenridge, MN location. As a Sales Associate, you will focus on delivering friendly service, accurate sales processing, and ensuring shelves are stocked and products available.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with food and beverage preparation, handle cash, and balance registers while adhering to health and safety standards. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in convenience store/retail environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences on every interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly.
• Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register.
• Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow all regulations.
• Support store operations and assist with tasks as needed.
• Adapt to customer needs and apply sales techniques to support store profitability.
