Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort to tables.
• Present menus, describe specials, and answer questions about ingredients.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS system.
• Ensure timely, accurate service and proper presentation of dishes.
• Monitor tableware cleanliness and replenish items as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Relay dietary restrictions and special requests to kitchen for accurate preparation.
