Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work cooperatively with others, accept direction and complete tasks as assigned.
• Serv-Safe Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year and keep current.
• Willingness to be assigned at any site within the base operation.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and loading meals.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or assist in preparing food as assigned.
• Complete clean-up and dishwashing duties as assigned.
• Report food supply needs to the Site Supervisor.
• Serve food to students and adults using portion control standards.
• Maintain a clean work area and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and dietary requirements.
