Retail Services WIS Corporation in Albany, GA is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings (Part-Time) to coach and develop Inventory Associates, ensure a consistent workflow, and travel to retail locations to support store operations.

Starting wage ranges from $17.00 to $19.50 per hour with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. No degree required; Veterans and career changers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to support the District Manager and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory concerns and collaborate with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
