Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking an Inventory Supervisor for mornings on a part-time basis. Starting wage ranges from $17.00 to $19.50 per hour, with opportunities for paid training and career growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, discipline, and training to drive accuracy and results across multiple retail locations. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in an Inventory Associate or similar role, reliable transportation, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times
