Retail Services WIS Corporation seeks a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor for morning shifts in Lafayette, LA. Starting wage is $15.25–$18.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, ensure accurate workflows, and partner with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence. The role requires at least 2 years of inventory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in Inventory or similar role.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory concerns and work with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as required.
• Lead by example and embody company core values.
