Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Inventory Supervisor for morning shifts. You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, travel to retail locations, and ensure accurate inventory processes with a strong emphasis on teamwork and on-time performance.

Starting wage is $21.00–$23.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for scheduling flexibility. Join a company that values integrity, results and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
