Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills both on the phone and in person
• Knowledge of computers and reservations systems.
• Flexible schedule to include mornings and afternoons, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Alcohol server certification/food service permit as required by local/state government

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression both on the phone and in person.
