Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Competent with computers and Microsoft tools.
• Able to perform basic bookkeeping and math.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Experience in diverse environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process printing requests from district staff.
• Manage office flow: handle customers, changes, supplies.
• Enter data for in-house budget, coordinate with Director.
• Order and bill supplies.
• Back-up duties when staff are away.
• Support department operations and other District staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
