Qualifications

• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings (outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities).
• Familiarity with MAT and related medications (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).
• Proven ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, relapse prevention).
• Strong documentation skills and compliance with regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality counseling in individual and group settings.
• Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient recovery and treatment plans.
• Co-facilitate group or family sessions as needed.
• Ensure timely, clear documentation of care, incidents and progress.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for assigned patients.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
• Evaluate needs and arrange referrals as needed.
• Plan for aftercare when appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention when required.
• Perform case management and liaise with referrals.
