Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Tyler, TX is seeking a Back of House Team Member for a full-time morning-shift role (6am–2pm). You’ll contribute to a signature Chick-fil-A dining experience by preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards while working with a supportive Operator and restaurant leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
