Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to contribute to a friendly, high-quality dining experience in a neighborhood Chick-fil-A restaurant. You will be part of a team that prepares, cooks, and presents food to Chick-fil-A standards, while supporting a positive guest experience and smooth kitchen operations.

The role offers a mix of full-time and part-time shifts with opportunities for development under experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
