Chick-fil-A in Princeton, TX is hiring for a Morning Shift Back of House Team Member. This role supports the kitchen by preparing food to Chick-fil-A standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and proving reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You'll follow food safety practices, learn Chick-fil-A recipes, and help open/close duties. We offer paid training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a friendly, energetic team.

Competenze

• Availability to work morning shift (5:30 AM–3 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in food prep.
• Excellent communication and teamwork for fast-paced service.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry items as needed.
• Commitment to food safety and clean workstations.

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow all food preparation, cooking, holding, and portioning procedures.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Follow temperature control and food handling procedures.
• Properly stock and organize BOH workstations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures as assigned.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate when supplies need to be replenished.
