Job summary

Taco Bell in Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Crew Member to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly, fast-paced dining experience. Opening hours may start as early as 6:00 am with shifts ending by 4:00 pm; training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Responsibilities include answering questions about menu items, preparing ingredients, restocking stations, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist with kitchen duties: menu questions, food prep, restocking, cleaning tasks.
