Job summary

Charter Foods, operating a Taco Bell location in Ohio, seeks energetic Crew Members for daytime shifts. You will greet guests, take orders accurately, handle payments, and keep the dining area welcoming and clean.

You will work closely with delivery partners and kitchen crew, learn menu items, restock supplies, and participate in ongoing training. This role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns quickly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Keep workstations and dining areas clean; wipe tables, wash dishes, sweep and mop.
