Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver safe, engaging, educational programming for children aged 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will organize activities, lead games, and support parties and events as needed.

You will greet members, supervise transitions, track attendance and incidents, and maintain a clean, safe program area while collaborating with parents and the team. First Aid/CPR certifications are required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand required learnings prior to first day of work.
• Comfortable engaging children and communicating with parents.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests professionally.
• Foster children's development by instructing organized activities.
• Prepare and set up for class and transfer kids to and from programming.
• Maintain records of attendance, development, and incidents.
• Monitor safety and ensure a healthy environment with toys and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with parents and team members; handle incidents calmly.
