Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to lead educational and fitness-minded activities for children from 3 months to 11 years old in the Kids Academy. You will host events, organize games, and ensure safe, engaging programming for families.

You will complete required trainings, maintain accurate attendance records, and foster development across cognitive, social, and physical domains while communicating effectively with parents and team members.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification and CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Learnings prior to first day.
• High school diploma not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years.
• Sets up for class and transfers kids between activities.
• Maintains attendance records and monitors safety.
• Encourages positive behavior and communicates with parents.
• Promotes Junior programming to boost participation.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocks supplies after each class.
• Handles incidents calmly and follows emergency procedures.
