Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a part-time Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation across client sites. The role requires morning hours from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, with a $12.00 hourly wage and weekly pay.

Prior janitorial experience is helpful, and on-the-job training is provided to ensure quality and efficiency. The Janitor will handle routine cleaning tasks, follow safety and cleaning protocols, and support maintenance across assigned areas as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months janitorial experience.
• On the job training provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash; use of compactor for certain materials.
