Diversified Maintenance is seeking a part-time janitor to perform general cleaning and maintenance at client sites. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and following client specifications. On-the-job training is provided.

Shifts are morning hours from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, at $12.00 per hour with weekly pay. This position offers steady part-time work within a leading facility services company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or six months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas
• Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
• Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
• Follow housekeeping schedule
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs
