Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation inside a building or multiple client sites. The role requires flexibility to meet client specifications and attention to detail.

Position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with a schedule of Mon-Fri 6a-11a and a pay rate of $13 per hour. Prior janitorial experience and reliable work ethic are valued by the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or 6 months janitorial experience).
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must have attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, entrance areas; empty trash; clean windows and mirrors.
