WIS International in Des Moines, IA is hiring a Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings (Part-Time) to coach Inventory Associates, visit multiple retail sites, and ensure accurate inventories with a customer-focused approach.

This role offers morning shifts, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth; starting wage is $19.00-$21.00 per hour. Veterans and career changers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen as required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
