WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings (Part-Time) in Saint Cloud, MN. Starting wage is $21.00–$23.00 per hour with paid training, flexible morning shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District/Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations and lead by example with core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
