Job summary

WIS International in Davenport, IA, is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor for mornings, part-time. You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, travel to retail locations, and collaborate with District and Area Managers to drive accuracy and operational excellence.

Starting wage is $19.00–$21.00 per hour. The role includes paid training, career opportunities, and benefits such as 401(k) and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support District Manager and customer commitments.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
