Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings (Part-Time) to lead Inventory Associates, ensure accurate stock counts, and uphold operational standards while traveling to store locations.

You will coach teammates, follow a consistent workflow, and partner with district managers to drive results. The role requires at least two years in a related role, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory concerns and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
