Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor for morning shifts on a part-time basis at multiple retail locations. Starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for promotion.

Ideal candidates coach and train Inventory Associates, manage a daily workflow, and drive accuracy and operational excellence. Travel to stores and occasional overnight assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
