Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with time management aptitude.
• Willing to travel to retail locations and support multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow across locations.
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory-related concerns with District and Area Managers.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks and data entry.
• Travel to retail locations as required and lead by example with core company values.
