Job summary

WIS International in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings to coach and develop Inventory Associates, maintain accuracy, and travel to retail locations. This role offers a starting wage of $21.00–$23.00 per hour, flexible morning schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

You will lead by example, resolve inventory concerns with district managers, and contribute to operational excellence across multiple stores

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet schedules.
• Ability to coach and train Inventory Associates.
• Willing to travel to retail locations.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen may be required.
