Job summary

Snooze is hiring a friendly Host to greet guests and manage seating for a warm breakfast-service experience. Responsibilities include maintaining the host stand, greeting guests, managing the waitlist, answering phones, and assisting with to-go orders using our POS/iPad systems.

Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits and opportunities for development within a fun, energetic team. No late-night shifts and a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave.
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and manage the waitlist Ipad system.
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Respond to Guest requests and communicate to servers as needed.
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables.
