Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service settings preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Certifications for food/beverage service may be required by county.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outdoor patio areas.
• Greet guests and manage seating and waitlist efficiently.
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Assist with food delivery and bussing as needed.
