Snooze Plano is hiring a friendly Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and keep the front of house running smoothly in a fast-paced breakfast setting.

The role emphasizes warmth, efficiency, and teamwork, with no late nights and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be part of a breakfast-focused team that values guest experience and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Snooze service basics.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds.
• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and patio area.
• Welcome guests into our home and thank them when they leave.
• Seat guests promptly and manage waitlist with iPad system.
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, and enter into POS.
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers.
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables.

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and eeffectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Aanswer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

• familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
• familiar with POS and iPad systems
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
• are at least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Prior experience recommended, not required

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
