Job summary

Snooze Mall of Georgia is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced breakfast environment. You will help create the upbeat Snooze experience with teammates and guests daily.

The position offers weekly pay, benefits after a year, and opportunities for development. Candidates should be 17+ and comfortable standing for long periods while handling the waitlist and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave.
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and manage the waitlist Ipad system.
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables.
