Shack Breakfast & Lunch in Valley Park, MO is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests, seat them, and present menus with a smile. You are the first impression of the guest experience, so energy, positivity, and strong communication are essential.

You will quote wait times, manage the waiting list, answer questions about the menu, keep menus stocked, and help maintain clean restrooms and lobby areas.

• Answer phones and menu questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor plan board.
• Observe tables and track cleanliness of tables.
• Quote wait times accurately when tables are not immediate.
• Maintain restrooms and keep front entrance area clean.
• Sweep foyer and front entrance area regularly.
• Performs other duties as directed.
