Job summary

Shack Breakfast & Lunch in Frontenac, MO is seeking an energetic host/hostess to greet guests, manage the waiting list, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will be the first impression, coordinating seating and providing quick, accurate wait times to guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile and presents menus to guests as they are seated.
• Takes names on a waiting list and manages the waiting area.
• Runs the floor plan board and monitors table status (clean/dirty/occupied).
• Gathers guest information and quotes accurate wait times when tables are not immediately available.
• Answers phones and provides menu/restaurant information.
• Assists guests as they arrive and depart to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintains restrooms and keeps foyer clean.
