The Stateline Family YMCA is seeking a friendly, dependable Group Fitness Instructor to lead classes for active older adults. This part-time role requires morning availability and a commitment to safety and inclusivity. Classes focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellness.

You will create a welcoming environment, tailor modifications for all fitness levels, and promote engagement while upholding the YMCA mission and values. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Formación

• Group fitness experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Training provided for the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead group fitness classes for active older adults
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere
• Provide modifications to support varying fitness levels
• Promote member engagement and safe exercise practices
• Represent the YMCA mission and values through positive interactions
