Planet Fitness – PF Baseline Fitness in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Morning Customer Service Representative to greet members and start their day with energy.

You’ll manage front desk duties, assist with sign-ups, answer phones, and help create a welcoming, well-organized club atmosphere. In this role you’ll be the friendly face of our gym, handling member inquiries, promoting memberships and services, and ensuring the facility is ready for members each morning.

Qualifications

• Availability for early morning shifts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn membership software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
• Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
