As a Crew Member you’ll greet guests, input orders, process payments, suggest add-ons, maintain a clean workspace, follow safety standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a friendly smile, answer questions about the menu.
• Input orders into POS accurately, including modifications.
• Process cash, card and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Assist with packing, assembly of orders, and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and resolve customer issues professionally.
