Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group is hiring Crew Members for Burger King locations in Wake Forest, NC. Both part-time and full-time shifts with flexible schedules are available. Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and be on feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the menu.
• Input orders into POS accurately and handle modifications.
• Process payments and provide correct change.
• Suggest add-ons based on promotions.
• Maintain cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints respectfully and process refunds.
• Assemble food orders and pack with condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily procedures.
