Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide friendly service
• Accurate input of orders into the POS with modifications
• Handle various payment methods and give correct change
• Suggest add-ons based on promotions and orders
• Maintain cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures
• Resolve customer issues respectfully and process refunds when needed
• Assemble orders and package with correct condiments
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations
• Count cash drawers daily and maintain accuracy

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
• Input orders into the POS, including modifications.
• Process payments and ensure correct change is given.
• Suggest additional items based on promotions.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve complaints and issue refunds when needed.
• Assemble and package food orders per specifications.
• Keep dining area, counter, and back area clean and safe.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
