Job summary

As a Crew Member, you will greet guests, input orders, handle payments, upsell, and maintain cleanliness while following safety standards. The role offers benefits and career growth within a people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, squat, reach, sweep, mop and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer menu questions.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system with modifications.
• Process cash, credit card and other payments and give correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications, including packaging and condiments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (counters, dining room, restrooms).
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
