Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring quality presentation.
• Cleans kitchen after service and maintains high standards of cleanliness, stores or disposes of excess food per safety procedures.
• Assists in production planning, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and reports any maintenance needs.
