Unidine, a member of Compass Group USA, is hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions in Warrenton, VA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 1:30 pm.

You will prepare high-quality meals, follow standardized recipes, and maintain HACCP-compliant safety and cleanliness. Previous cooking experience is required, and a strong team attitude helps you thrive in this fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards.
• Ability to work 5:30 am shift and Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining serving temperatures.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and adheres to safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
